  The customer service was excellent, the receptionist was the kindest. However, i stayed for 2 nights and on my second night, my skin started itching and I have multiple bumps spreading across my body. Upon this, I started looking at reviews and seeing others experience the same thing. Be careful!

  I started staying here Dec 10th-16th (2025) the first night I got there I woke up to what I thought was a spider bite on my arm didn’t think anything of it. Then as the week goes on I start to get more and more bumps so I thought I had a rash. Needless to say when I got off the plane today Dec 17th 2025 I had my wife look at what I thought was a rash and said they are all bites so I look at the reviews and it says they recently had bed bugs and lone and behold that’s exactly what my bites look like. So as of Dec 16th 2025 they still have bed bugs.

  There were bedbugs in our beds and cockroaches in our room. We killed 2 cockroaches, and 2 big and 7 small bed bugs. We ended up sleeping on one bed because the other one had lots of bedbugs. We notified receptionist about that in the morning. The shower curtain in the rolling shower was too short to keep the water in.
