    I was staying here and the old lady at the desk was very rude. I was trying to ask a question and she proceeded to act like I was dumb. Instead of trying to assist me, she stayed in the hotel lobby sitting on the couch playing on her tablet... I expect better frim best westerns. This is ridiculous

    We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was clean and efficiently stocked with towels. Brianna was so polite while we were checking in. Will definitely stay again

    Lady at front desk was very kind. I believe her name was Virginia. The reasons I gave this hotel 2 stars was because the amenities are lacking greatly compared to many other hotels I’ve stayed at! Also need to greatly and I mean greatly step up the pillow game why instead of regular pillows are you using throw pillows like I’d see on my grandparents couch? Horrible! And is it the early 2000s? Why no smart Tv holiday inn has smart tvs I don’t want to watch direct TV I want to log into Netflix or any other streaming platform everyone has some form of streaming platform. Also what’s the deal with the breakfast? The apple juice dispenser only dispenses water I don’t want orange juice. And the biscuits were soggy and the eggs were crunchy, have you ever had crunchy eggs? Tried the waffles, there was only enough batter for half a waffle. Great shower pressure and hot water probably due to lack of guests but overall this hotel needs some help.

    The room was so disgusting! Towels are brown! Bathroom filthy ! Bugs in the hotel! Very disappointed!!
