The reasons I gave this hotel 2 stars was because the amenities are lacking greatly compared to many other hotels I’ve stayed at! Also need to greatly and I mean greatly step up the pillow game why instead of regular pillows are you using throw pillows like I’d see on my grandparents couch? Horrible! And is it the early 2000s? Why no smart Tv holiday inn has smart tvs I don’t want to watch direct TV I want to log into Netflix or any other streaming platform everyone has some form of streaming platform. Also what’s the deal with the breakfast? The apple juice dispenser only dispenses water I don’t want orange juice. And the biscuits were soggy and the eggs were crunchy, have you ever had crunchy eggs? Tried the waffles, there was only enough batter for half a waffle. Great shower pressure and hot water probably due to lack of guests but overall this hotel needs some help.

- AJArianna JamesJun 30, 20251.0Upon arrival I was given a key to a room that was still dirty, however I will say the lady up front was apologetic and gave us a key to another room within minutes. Unfortunately, the room had mold in the vents. Saw 1 large and 1 small roach in the bathroom. The toilet seat had old paint on it that was peeling off. The mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable. The towels were thin and stained, we went to Walmart to get towels. Won’t stay here again.
