Perfect location, lovely staff. Much closer to the French Quarter than most of the hotels in the Warehouse District, and I felt safe walking back late at night. Great area! I lived in New Orleans ages ago but found an amazing new coffee shop (Fourth Wall, lovely rooms and courtyard, tons of people reading, writing and working) and revisited Herbsaint nearby (I almost cried because I forgot how good the food is, my GOD).
The staff were really kind, and the morning breakfast was great, especially the french toast. Coffee was pretty good, too.
My room was lovely, and bigger than expected. Desk, a couple of sitting chairs, nice bathroom. I prefer the non-corporate vibe.

Just finished my visit, honestly for the price even when booking last minute, it was great. The room was really nice, spacious, just the water wasn’t draining and maybe a little bit of rusting on some parts. But the service was so great, the front desk was so accommodating, and the location is perfect in my opinion, a 10-15 minute walk from any busy part and I liked the proximity to downtown as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

They cleaned the room up every day. It was great. The location was in the perfect place not too far from Bourbon Street not too far from the stadiums all walkable distances are still being in a area that you can sleep without hearing too much noise bar staff was cool front desk staff was cool. I will recommend this place.
The temperature for the shower was a little iffy still gave hot water but adjusting it sometimes would get too cold, but the room was good smaller than what we thought it was gonna be, but it was great.

Our first trip to New Orleans also marked our first time staying at a hotel like this—and I knew right away it was exactly what I was hoping for. I didn’t want a typical, cookie-cutter hotel. I wanted something with character, and from the moment we pulled up, this place delivered.
As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Charles, the valet, who kindly took care of our bags since we had arrived early and our room wasn’t quite ready yet. His friendliness immediately set the tone for our stay.
When we stepped inside, we met Kentrell at the front desk, and she was just as welcoming. Her demeanor was warm, professional, and genuinely inviting, making us feel right at home from the start.
The atmosphere of the hotel was exactly what we were looking for—full of charm and personality, with a unique feel that made our experience in New Orleans even more special.

We stayed a few days here and I highly recommend this place! Right when we got here the two ladies that helped us at the front desk were wonderful (I’m sorry I didn’t get names!) They filled my bottled water when they checked us in and it was so nice. We checked in a bit early and they let us hang in their lobby which had tables and that was so helpful as my daughter needed to do some work her laptop. They also made our room available early which was so helpful and allowed for us to rest a bit after a long day of travel. The room was neat and clean and comfortable. This place is doing a great job!!!
