  Un accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. L'emplacement est idéal, le french quarter est vraiment juste a côté et accessible à pied. Luxueux mais pas Kitsch. Le seul petit point qui pourrait déranger est le bruit du tramway et des passants le week-end. Mais en étant aussi près du centre c'est quelque chose qu'on ne peut réellement esquiver. Pour ceux qui souhaitent réserver et se posent la question, si vous rester à la Nouvelle-Orleans, il n'est pas nécessaire de louer une voiture. Tout est accessible a pied. Je recommande pour les familles et les couples.

  Absolute full service and high quality hotel. Ir is so nice to have proper valrts for the car, bellmen for the liggage, a concierge and gift shop. Also they have dine-in room service, and 2 restaurants on site. Prime NOLA location so u can reqch the casino and other places easily.

  Our stay at the InterContinental New Orleans had its highs and lows—starting with a fantastic location that made exploring the city super easy. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. And the breakfast? Honestly, a highlight. The made-to-order omelettes, fresh fruit, and variety of warm and continental options were delicious and a great way to start the day. That said, the hotel itself feels a bit stuck in the past. It’s quite dark throughout and the rooms felt dim even in the middle of the day. The room showed signs of wear and tear, and our shower had a very loud, noise that was hard to ignore. One heads-up: even if your breakfast is included, be prepared to pay a 20% gratuity.

  Nice hotel in a descent location, most of the staff were friendly especially the guy who delivered my fridge. There are two cons . One is that they have old tvs in the rooms - most inns have smart tvs and so should this one . Secondly and more importantly, the hotel will not provide liquid milk or creamer for the rooms. When I requested this the response was that I had to buy it plus a room service fee would be added to the bill. For freaking milk that they just pour 2ouces of for a guest??? In my 40+years of hotel and inn stays all over the US and the world , this was my first time experiencing such a rip off. That was disappointing and if this is their policy, I hope they change it.

  Dear Guest Relations Team, I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding my recent stay at the InterContinental New Orleans. Unfortunately, my experience from check-in to check-out was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about both customer service and guest safety. My check-in time was scheduled for 4:00 PM. I arrived at approximately 3:55 PM and was informed that my room was not ready. I was then told that the room had already been cleaned but was simply waiting for supervisor approval. Despite being told the room was clean, it still took over an hour for me to actually receive my room key. I was not able to access my room until approximately 5:00 PM, which was well past the stated check-in time. In addition to the delay, the service I received from the front desk staff was unprofessional and discourteous. I felt that my concerns were not handled with the level of care and professionalism expected from a hotel of this standard. The most alarming issue occurred after I finally entered my room. Another guest attempted to enter my room because the same room had been assigned to them as well. This created a serious safety and privacy concern. Shortly after, two different managers came to my room approximately ten minutes apart asking to verify my name and information, which further disrupted my stay. Additionally, I paid $55 per night for valet parking. However, despite paying this fee, I ultimately had to retrieve my own vehicle myself, which defeats the purpose of valet service. Overall, my stay was significantly impacted by the delayed check-in, the rude customer service, the safety concern of a duplicate room assignment, and the lack of proper valet service despite the premium fee. This experience fell far below the level of service I expected. I would appreciate a prompt response addressing these concerns and information regarding how this situation will be resolved.
