  4/12/2026 This has been a nice and convenient location to the Superdome but this morning the house keeper cleaned the room. clean sheets on bed and cleaned the bathroom, took all the towels from the bathroom. DID NOT REPLACE TOWELS! WE HAD NO TOWELS! Asked the housekeeper that cleaned the room ( she was next door) where are the towels? All she could say was “ CALL THE FRONT DESK” it was obvious there was a language barrier. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK TWICE ASKING ABOUT NEEDING TOWELS, ONE HOUR LATER TOWELS FINALLY ARRIVED! 🥺🥺🥺

  Location was great. The issues I had was we had 4 people in the room they provided 3 towels and 3 wash cloths. I asked for more they said they’d bring them up the first night they never did. I went down the next morning and asked them just to be handed to me. They was very stingy with towels they was had to get at the pool as well. Then the other issue was the bathroom door in the room. It was a barn style sliding door. It only shut when it wanted to. So you never knew if it was gonna open while you was undressed and when trying to close it. It cut my friends finger really bad took a chunk out of it. So if you stay here and there is more than 3 people go ahead and ask for more towels and watch out for the doors. The beds were very comfy. And the location was nice everything was walking distance. Parking was $45 a night but honestly I didn’t think that was too bad.

  Was pleasantly surprised with our one-night stay on Sunday March 29th. Place was clean, beds were comfortable. My only issue was with the bartender working that evening. I wanted to watch the NCAA basketball game due to a rooting interest. I went down to the bar area about 15 minutes before tip-off and found 4-5 TVs mounted around and barely anyone there. I asked the bartender, an tall, thin gentleman in his late 50's-early 60's wearing glasses, if he could tune one of the TV's to the game on CBS. He was instantly rude and told me he could not. I asked if he had the ability to and he said, again rudely, that he couldn't and if he tried to it would mess up all the TVs and then no one would be able to watch anything. Frustrating for sure on my end, but whatever. I then politely asked him if he knew of a local bar, preferably a sports bar, and not Dave & Busters, where I could watch the game. His response was simply "No." Having dealt with this bozo enough, I walked over to the coffee stand and asked the attendant and a security guard the same question and they immediately gave me the name of a place to watch the game just a block and a half away, which was perfect. Management - please talk to this bartender about treating your guests with common courtesy and maybe try a little professionalism next time.

  My review is for my experience from December: Nice clean spot to stay! I like that they had two queen beds (some hotels only have full size beds). Location was convenient. It was a short walk to french quarter, street car, etc. I wish I had picked a hotel a bit closer to the tourist attractions, especially because it rained when I went (but that’s on me and this hotel was great value $). I’ve always enjoyed staying at Holiday Inns, and this visit was no exception.

  The front desk employees needs to be informed of the same information so that they all can relate the same information to there quest. when i checked in i was told from one of the employee that if i do park with them the parking will subtract from my holding , when I try to get out the parking the next day I couldn't get out i went to the front desk it was another employee I was told that I need to pay when I get in and out of the parking. Also they need to let there quests knows of all the our costs that will be charged when checked out.
