- TSTeresa Sedano2 days ago3.0Great old timey atmosphere with the most friendly staff ever!! 👌 that said, unfortunately, we had several issues with our room. Simply put, it was filthy in many places...the pictures speak clearly what was pretty unpleasant. Toilet bowl, black and filthy. Coffee cup with dried Ramen, stains on the sofa and the ceiling in the shower was leaking and deteriorating. So sad to add that the pool/spa was cracked and dirty. For the price I just can't recommend 😒

- PPPaulFeb 27, 20261.0Have stayed at many IHG hotels before, and this was by far the worst one ever. The hotel rooms and hallways have a musty smell. Was originally placed in a room in Building 2. The elevator was very rickety, and door to building needing shaking to open. The hallways smelled fine, but the room itself was MUSTY as all heck. Was disgusting. Asked to change rooms. Was moved to Building 1. The room here was substantially better, but the hallways were a little bit musty. Overheard 2 other guests separately complain about smells during my time here (as I was checking out, someone was being asked to switch rooms because of the smell). Very disappointed in IHG. This reflects poorly on the brand.
- LSLori ShepperdFeb 12, 20265.0This is a unique, hidden gem. The service here is second to none. The staff are all friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best it can be. There were a couple of hiccups and they were addressed and fixed immediately, with apologies, even though it wasn't their fault. We have definitely added this hotel to our returns list. Not to mention the entire atmosphere of the hotel and the rooms. Added to the fact it's just off the main strips, so while you're close enough to walk to everything, you're far enough away, not to be disturbed if you want to get some rest.
