My wife and I absolutely loved the hotel at Voco St. James in New Orleans. It’s very well located to everything with short walking distances. The staff of St. James treated us like kings and queens. Anika, Charles, Christine, and Terran gave us impeccable service. The atmosphere, the bar/restaurant, and the courtyard gave us the comfort and peace of mind that was much well needed. The cleanliness of the of our accommodations was off the chart. The valet parking and bell hopping could not get enough perfect stars. The front desk crew were very courteous and handle our check in a quick responsive manner. Our next visit will lead us no further than the Voco@St. James!!❤️❤️❤️

the room was dirty as if it was not even cleaned. the house keepers were extremely loud in the hallway with faul language. the front desk employees were rude and seemed like they hated their jobs. i will never stay here again. i will be sure to let all my friends and family know to not book here.

We had a really nice stay here over a long weekend! From beginning to end the staff were amazing, especially Charles who always made sure we were taken care of. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were nice but nothing special. The building is beautiful although showing its age in some places. The location was perfect. Walking distance to most major attractions (French Quarter, Riverwalk, Canal St., Caesar’s Palace and Superdome), plenty of delicious food/drinks, and all streetcar Lines. Would absolutely recommend!
