Staff responsiveness was a 2 (glad you picked up when we arrived and were struggling to get in, many missed texts otherwise, a phone call sent me to voicemail). Overall a 3 (average for what I would have expected considering the price).

Beth was an attentive, courteous and gracious host. The location of the home is perfect, situated at the end of the French Quarter near the French Market and near Frenchmen Street, too (which during non Covid is a much better cultural music experience than Bourbon St!) we cannot wait for the renovation of rest of the mansion to be completed so that we will be able to stay in one of the balcony suites. I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for an authentic visit to this historic city!!
