One piece of the soap only for 2 persons room ? Really ? Breakfast for $32 + taxes + tip= $90 for 2 persons ? Really ? It's really 4-stars hotel ? I don't think so.

I notified management immediately, expecting them to take a health and safety issue like this seriously. Instead, I was told it was just a ‘plumbing issue,’ which was completely dismissive of the obvious problem. When I spoke with Justina, she was incredibly rude and acted like the situation didn’t matter at all. There was no apology, no concern, and absolutely no attempt to fix the issue or make things right. The lack of professionalism and concern for guests is shocking. Between the rats and the way management handles complaints, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.” 🐀🚫

If you don’t read the receipt line by line, you could be paying 40% for gratuity. A couple other restaurants there do the same. There needs to be a mini fridge to keep your water is cold as it was quite warm and humid while we were there. The staff was great, the hotel was clean and upkeep. The concierge was amazing as well.

The hotel is located on St. Charles Street which is on the major parade routes. All we had to do was step outside to have a great view of the parades. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay and both the onsite restaurant and bar were solid. Our room was extremely large and comfortable and well equipped but was due for updating, not at the level we expect of an Intercontinental property..
