Being that this was affordable and down the street from bourbon, I had to choose this spot. Forgot to take pictures of the room but it's like any standard room you stay at. They do have a bar that serves food up to a specific time. Do have to pay for breakfast vouchers if you're trying to eat something in the morning. Overall it was a solid spot to stay at and where it's located is very convenient.

Excellent location for exploring the French Quarter! Bourbon Street is literally across the street. The king window room was clean and nicely decorated, if small. The valet service is nice if you plan on driving daily but it is pricey; if you plan to park once and walk around every day, take the time to find a cheaper daily lot. There are at least 2 within a 5 minute walk of the hotel.

Our room only had two towels even though there were three guests. When I went to the front desk to ask for another towel, Alicia the attendant was rude and unhelpful. She asked me to wait instead of telling me to stand in line, and later said I should have been in line the whole time. I wasn’t informed where to go to get towels, which caused unnecessary confusion. Disappointing service for an Indigo Hotel and I hope Alicia could get a retrained course.

After driving 8 hours, the locations was great. However, the room is definitely on the smaller side. Compared to what they had online, some of the staff was great. However, There was one in particular person. That seems to have a very sassy attitude that was not appreciated by me, however, I never complain, but the fact that it was noticed by my teenage daughter was very disheartening.
