Love showing up to a hotel after a long day of travel only to find out the hotel over booked and our room is not available.... At 11:30 at night. Absolute joke.

Very nice and reasonable price for being right in the French Quarter. Clean & very comfortable with large rooms. We had excellent service from the concierge Eddie. He listens to what you are hoping to do and guides you through the process to arrange reservations & tours, with out being pushy.

Horrible service they canceled my room twice I booked Head restoration number the first time and also a second time they were actually at overcapacity didn’t have nothing and didn’t offer me. No amenities just canceled my thing and then just stared at me why I sat there waiting on them to give me a reply. They had no answer answers. I paid $650 for one night and the second night. They overbooked me and didn’t give me a room crazy wow. Didn’t give me a cancellation notice to the day of and at noon. I traveled with my family of six and they had no response for me. All they did for me was sorry if we canceled on you twice sorry about your luck.

Such a bad experience. Do not stay here. Check-in time was 4:00PM but they couldn’t give us a room until 5:00PM with no explanation. Mind you, we booked well in advance. There were other families in the lobby also waiting for their room. There were cracks and leaks all over the walls. The room itself was dirty with lots of damage. Towels and bedsheets were stained. Was promised 24 hour service with the $50.00 valet parking but had to wait over 20 minutes for the valet employee to even show up after asking for assistance multiple times.

Our room was quaint and exceptional the pillows were very comfortable and the environment was clean. The lightning was a little dim and could be better but it was decent enough. The restroom was a good size the only thing was the shower was open and water would run out onto the floor because of no barrier
Service was great with the employees being very cordial and respectful
The location was just a block away from Bourbon Street & no more then 20min away from anywhere we wanted to be
We
All in all a decent experience
