- SGShelley Grandidge3 days ago3.0Small rooms with small beds but the beds were comfy. We had a couple of housekeeping issues but they were promptly addressed. Great location - very close to everything we wanted to see and do. On the flip side, it's bit noisy. Bring an eye mask and your ear plugs :)
- NCNicole CurranMar 3, 20265.0This was my 2nd time staying here. This will be the only hotel I will stay at now, when I'm in NOLA. First, it has the best location! Secondly, they have a great restaurant attached Twisted Waffles. Oh my goodness! The seafood Belgian waffle bowl was insane!!
- OOOrg1922Mar 1, 20262.0Rooms where nice and clean. Location was great for what we wanted to do which was for a wedding at the hotel. Where the problems lies is with management, particularly the day manager sarena. The hotel book a large fraternity gathering the same weekend and put the frat kids on same floor with wedding party. Every night the were supposed young adukt throwing parties in the rooms, running down hallway, puking in the hallways. When trying to address with management there was nothing from them but what seems to aggrevation on their part. Won't be staying there again

The lock was cheap and isn't to the caliber of much of the hotel. We had a white particle board ikea open cabinet for the "closet" With a huge ironing board that took up most of the hanging space. And you should inform guests that the balconies are shared across multiple guest rooms.
- ADalisa DFeb 18, 20261.0Wow what an awful experience here. The front staff is horrible. They could hardly care about taking care of you in a timely manner. They look like they don’t want to be there. We stayed for 3 nights and added a 4th night were told one price and charged another. Plus we had to change rooms and the room was not ready till 6pm and we asked to be far from the elevators , yet we were right infront. The staff were not friendly or willing to work with us. The valet and bartenders and waiters in the restaurant were amazing. Will not be staying here if I come Back to New Orleans.
