    The view was post apocalypse, which was perfect for our Halloween stay. We enjoyed our stay and the view really was not a problem, I just found humor in it. We definitely will come back.

    My 2 day stay here is going absolutely wonderful! This hotel is in a great location, front desk, housekeeping and the maintenance dept were super cordial. The grounds as well as the hotel are very well kept. And Amanda we thank you the warm and inviting welcome on our arrival Sunday.

    I booked at another hotel. Since my hotel was not ready I was going to switch to this hotel. The attendant working the front desk between 9am - 9:30am had a stank, ignorant, unpleasant, and unwelcoming attitude. We were willing to pay all the additional fees to check in early, due to that fact that we had be driving for hours coming from out of town, made it earlier then we expected, and was exhausted. Rudeness (front desk attendant) stated that holiday inn does not accept “chime” credit cards. Which is weird because online does not say that. Either she lying or your website is false advertising. My husband stated she was rude and we could go spend our money elsewhere. Normally we stay at Loews and haven’t had any issues. Our main problem was Rudeness attitude, body language, and tone. I asked to speak to a manager Rudeness refused to let me speak to a manager. I told her I will have to call corporate. Rudeness said “that’s fine”. She rather I speak to corporate instead of a manager. Most professional establishments rather a manager resolve the issue than let it go up to corporate. Rudeness made sure I knew this establishment does not fall in that category. Rudeness recommended I call corporate. So, that is exactly what I will be doing next. Customer service was poor I describe the hotel as not worthy of a single penny as long as Rudeness is working there. I can’t believe I was going to let my husband pay more, for poor service. The Most High saved us. He knew the whole stay would have been poor service.
