My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, and a huge part of that was thanks to Ms Ruby and Charmaine. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and stress-free, and their positive attitudes truly made a difference.
The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and relaxing, but the exceptional customer service really stood out.Ms Ruby and Charmaine were attentive, patient, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel valued as a guest, not just another reservation.
I would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a great stay with outstanding service. Thanks again to Ms Ruby and Charmaine for making my visit such a pleasant experience—I’ll absolutely be back!

I wanted to share my experience for anyone considering staying here. The level of disappointment I felt was unreal. This was my first time in New Orleans, and unfortunately, this hotel left a very bad impression.
From the moment we walked toward our room, there was a strong smell of urine mixed with weed throughout the hallway. When we finally entered the room, the wood flooring was coming apart, and the bathroom shower had visible mold in the tub. The room clearly had not been properly cleaned in quite some time.
At first, I tried to reassure myself that at least the bed would be clean until I pulled back the sheets and found someone else’s hair all over them. Dirty hotel sheets are an absolute nightmare and completely unacceptable.
I would strongly advise against staying here unless you are comfortable sleeping in unsanitary conditions, instead save yourself the disappointment and some money and stay at another holiday inn outside of the city, 15 minutes makes a world of difference in quality.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for six nights. I had originally booked a Queen room, but upon arrival I requested an upgrade to a King and the front desk accommodated the request at no extra charge — a great start.
The room itself was comfortable — nothing particularly extraordinary — but the bed quality and overall sleep experience were very good. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and courteous.
The included breakfast was a standout compared to many hotels in this price range. It was a full hot breakfast with omelets, eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, fruit, a selection of breads and pastries, jams, and tea/coffee — much more than the standard cereal-and-banana offering you often see.
Location-wise, the hotel is in the Warehouse District, about a 15-minute walk to Bourbon Street and the downtown core. We found this ideal: close enough to the action without paying the premium to stay right in the French Quarter. The World War II Museum is just steps away, and the St. Charles streetcar stops right outside, offering easy access to the Garden District and beyond.
Overall, a very good stay offering strong value for the price — comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and a convenient location. Would happily stay again.

We have been here for 2 days:
1- the room service is terrible. They dont automatically clean the room. They even refuse to do so if you request by saying that we are busy!
2- the staff are terribly rude and unprofessional. They do not even know the basics!
3- rooms are so dirty during check ins. They look like they have not been cleaned for ages.
I have been in multiple IHGs, but this one is the worst possible.

This hotel has been extremely disappointing. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. We received an email from IHG stating that rooms are cleaned daily; however, it has been two days without any cleaning, even after we explicitly requested the service. Our request was not only ignored but met with an aggressive and dismissive response from a staff member and all we got as a response was that we are busy these two days and we can’t do anything.
If the hotel is unable or unwilling to provide the services it advertises, it should not be offering rooms to guests. This experience significantly impacted our holiday, and no guest should be treated in this manner.
