  Staff was not friendly, staff made excessive noise throughout the day and night. Hours for breakfast were different from what is posted online. AC blower was very loud.

  Buena expeciencia en el Best Western Plus St. Christopher Hotel, mi esposo y yo pasamos 5 noches y todo estuvo bien. El hotel está muy cerca a Canal Street y al French Quarter, lo cual fue una gran facilidad para hacer los tours programados.

  Other than the location, there really isn't much good to say. The room was very small and not that clean. No window either. The bathroom floor was sticky and paint was peeling. There weren't enough places to hang towels. Breakfast doesn't start until 7, and they were always late. They only have bacon on Sundays and Wednesdays. The turkey sausage is gross.

  I would caution everyone to take the reviews with a grain of salt. I was also there the same day another reviewer was, when hundreds of college kids were packed into the lobby. I had zero issue checking in with Braden (I believe that was his name - very nice gentleman the entire time we were there.) He gave us a wonderful room on the 10th floor; the room itself was clean, fully stocked. No microwave, yes, but there IS ONE IN THE LOBBY. Ms Toni with breakfast every morning was a joy to talk to and very kind. More breakfast options at this hotel than I am previously used to. If you don’t like the choices, there are many, MANY breakfasts places around where you can purchase breakfast of your choosing :) We did go without hot water for one day. I called front desk, they remedied it and we had hot water the remainder of our stay. We loved the location. We hardly noticed an entire freshman class was staying. Some of the boys were actually very polite and apologized to us in the elevator for potentially causing disruptions or being loud. We came for my best friend’s birthday. The hotel gave us a card and treated us so nicely the entire time. We WILL return. Thank you guys.

  Upon arrival was absolutely nowhere to park to check in no where Once in the building checking in the lobby was unbelievably packed and when I say unbelievably packed with people I mean two greyhound busses unloaded an uncountable amount of Georgia tech college kids The front desk guy brennan informed me that something didn’t get paid correctly even though I paid for the room in full in advance before arrival so after the unpaid whatever that was plus security deposit plus parking total amount was 340 bucks for one night FOH king room was tiny didn’t even have a microwave in the room Wayyyy over priced Staff was nice Definitely will never return
