  This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been here for four days and there has never once been hot water in the shower. I tried showering at different times in the morning and it made no difference. The management said this was because the hotel was full… not a good excuse. My sink is also broken and just fills up with water, and when I told this to the management whoever they sent just removed the drain stopper… What a joke of a place.

  Pros: Staff was friendly Cons: Hot water went out, room AC was broken every night despite 3 techs coming, sink water was too high, one of the bed outlets didn’t work, keycard worked about 30% of the time. For the price, this was not acceptable.

  I would not recommend staying here for so many reason. Had a terrible experience. 1 - if you touch your key to your phone even once, the key deactivates and you have to go back to the front desk to get it to work again. Happened 4 times in my two day stay. Very frustrating. 2 - the “free” breakfast is pitiful. They serve you the hot portioner of powdered Gaga and frozen sausage. Limited bread options, no gluten free 3 - no bottled water, only in the vending machines which are located on various floors throughout. Ice is only located on two floors. 4 - Room doors are very loud when others open/close. 5 - Iron board was broken 6 - front desk staff is bothered if you have a problem except the gentleman with blonde/brown curly hair that worked on 11/8 during the day. He was the only nice one. Didn’t catch his name. There are MANY options in New Orleans. I won’t stay here again.

  The hotel was nice, front desk staff was very friendly but Tish was outstanding! She served breakfast the mornings we were visiting. She was always smiling and had great recommendations on things to go and do around the city ! She is a very hard worker and has a great personality and sense of humor. 10 out of 10 and would recommend just because of her !

  Checked in today. Initial impression of the hotel is nice. I was also surprised like many others of the $45/day parking a block or two away. Upon going to park, the attendant was yelling at me as I was trying to back into a very tight space next to the wall. He was not apologetic in any way even though he could tell he had visibly upset me. When we returned to our room after a walk, I noticed the bed is slanted. And the bathroom doesn't function. The front desk associate I called was not overly friendly, however she did send a maintenance man who very temporarily fixed the issue, but it is now not functioning again and I am too tired to argue or move rooms. So it is what is. On a positive note, the rooms and hotel in general do feel really clean so I love that about it.
