It was terrible!!! After having to wait an HOUR past check in time (while watching others go straight to their rooms), we finally get to our room. And guess what? No freaking working water. We couldn't shower. We couldn't flush the toilet. This was a vacation! We wasted HOURS that night that we can't get back. Worse? The front staff was awful. I mean, rude. And the manager on duty? KNEW THERE WAS NO WATER WORKING AND DIDN'T TELL US. Our rights as paying customers were violated. We should have at minimum been informed, and at most offered a refund. Our stay was so unpleasant while there that we left a day early, knowing we would have to pay for that last night anyway. Absolutely the worst.

⭐️☆☆☆☆ This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel was extremely nasty, and the women’s restroom didn’t even have a place to wash your hands, which is completely unacceptable. The staff was very rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. The room itself was awful and poorly maintained. I will never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel unless you’re truly in a bind—that’s honestly the only reason we booked it. The location was the one redeeming quality: walkable to restaurants and nearby attractions. Unfortunately, the service was awful. At check-in, the staff had no clear information about parking. Hotel security directed us to a spot marked with guest parking signage, yet the following day after checkout, a doorman aggressively approached us saying our car was about to be towed and that a “no parking” notice had been placed on the vehicle. The communication was inconsistent and unnecessarily rude. The night shift front desk attendant, Regina, was particularly unpleasant. Our room key stopped working, and instead of helping, she insisted we didn’t know how to use it and blamed our phones—despite the fact that my phone was charging in the car. Later that night, we politely asked if there was a phone charger available at the front desk and were met with a dismissive response that we “should have brought our own.” The lack of basic courtesy was honestly shocking. The only positive interactions we had were with Cena at the elevator in the morning—who greeted us warmly, wished us a Happy New Year, and was genuinely kind—and an elderly gentleman working the night shift who handed out New Year’s trinkets. They were the only staff members who seemed happy to be there. For over $300 a night, we didn’t expect luxury, but we did expect basic hospitality. We’re from Louisiana, so we know what hospitality looks like—and unfortunately, this hotel has none. We would not stay here again.

I stayed at best western before but this one was bad; at least the room (401) The AC was so loud, kept us awake we had to turn it off, the toilet would not flush at all and the bathroom had no basket for the garbage The bed was noisy with every movement you would hear a clink and both sides of the bed had no lights or power Not the best night

It’s ok. Acceptable (maybe) but not a nice hotel. Here are the things I experienced on the first day of my stay: A crazy man came running through the lobby, scaring everyone. The staff locked the front doors locking out guests and non-guests alike. The staff were pretty freaked out and did not appear to feel safe working here. The heating is terrible. The hallways are completely unheated and the rooms are heated but still chilly. The hot water does run out if the hotel is full. I don’t think I’ve ever had that issue in a hotel before, and when its December and your hotel is poorly heated, the least you can do to make guests comfortable is provide plenty of hot water. My room even has a jetted tub, which I was excited to use, but in practice it is unusable because there’s not enough hot water to fill it. The breakfast foods are for some reason behind a bar instead of a self serve buffet like every other hotel does. I wasn’t able to get food because the person serving it was busy restocking pastries. This is super bad customer service and should not happen. If someone’s job is to serve the breakfast foods you won’t let guests access for themselves, then that person needs to have no other jobs so that guests can eat. The doors to the rooms have zero soundproofing. Two people had a conversation in the hall and I clearly heard every word as if there was no door to my room at all. I had the same issue mentioned in another review that the keys demagnetize very easily and stop working. The front desk is understaffed so it took me 10 mines to get someone to help fix my key. Beds are very firm and not very comfortable. Blankets are thin. Overall this hotel sucks.
