- PGPhfoto Gal3 days ago5.0Excellent location, walking distance to everything in the FQ. Staff was amazing, great breakfast every morning. Gary the hotel cat was an excellent ambassador. Rooms clean, comfortable, stocked with shampoo, etc so you can just show up with your suitcase. Family wants to stay there again. Shout out to Ty and Lucien for taking care of my when I couldn't speak due to laryngitis, they make great hot toddies!
- FAF. A.5 days ago4.0Hotel is on the edge of French Quarter which makes it a good place if you like to stay close to that part of NOLA. It is in safe neighborhood. Hotel is overall OK. We found that the bed sheet cover had some hairs but we just let it go. The room was clean otherwise. Hotel is old so are the rooms and amenities. Breakfast was not that great. Regular continental, "meh" breakfast. Front desk was nice, and so does Gary the cat. So if you are picky, this is a 2 stars hotel. You need to lower your expectation. Otherwise, you will enjoy your stay.

They had some parking available for a VERY reasonable price. Pet cost was not outrageous. Park across the street was perfect for dog. Very walkable compared to many places.

Only issue was the water in the shower, did not stay warm and would have Cold moments. Courtyard clean. Breakfast is good and lots of options. Great location to walk to different areas Darlene and Ty at front desk, helpful and friendly. Make sure you visit with Gary when there.

Good size rooms, very clean and tidy and well apportioned. The courtyard space is great, particularly nice to sit out in the open in amidst beautiful plants and trees. Particular thanks to Darlene and Tigh who looked after us very well, with lots of good advice about sight-seeing and general helpfulness and kindness. Thank you all for making it a very special visit!
