I was told 2 weeks prior to our trip that these rooms were NO LONGER AVAILABLE. From there, I couldn't get the manager to answer my phone calls OR emails and when she did answer, I was told she would call me back with the hour and she NEVER did so. I am disgusted by the lack of competency and the way this entire situation was handled. They will never receive business from me again and I hope everyone sees how terribly this place is run.

This seems unusual these days. Breakfast was awesome, featuring great coffee, eggs, ham, biscuits, pancakes, kid's cereal, cinnamon rolls, chocolate milk, and muffins. Hotel is also close to the university and Dark Woods adventure park. We playing mini golf at Dark Woods and really enjoyed it.
