I had to find a hotel for an event at Northwestern State University. This hotel was very nice, great service, and lots of options at breakfast.

Room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. This was the coldest hotel room I've slept in a while. We set the thermostat on 68 degrees and it got there. This seems unusual these days.
Breakfast was awesome, featuring great coffee, eggs, ham, biscuits, pancakes, kid's cereal, cinnamon rolls, chocolate milk, and muffins.
Hotel is also close to the university and Dark Woods adventure park. We playing mini golf at Dark Woods and really enjoyed it.

Nice hotel, nice clean did provide soap and shampoo. The only problem I hand is they need to get the key card problem fixed. A lot of people have problems when I was there with the key card.

The rooms were very clean, housekeepers and front desk lady that works 3-11 was great! the man on 7-3 shift was not very professional and his tone was rude, if you don’t like your job then don’t work it!

Don’t let that 3.9 Stars fool you. No sheets on sofa bed, had to get from lobby. But they didn’t have anymore pillows. Toilet kept running.
Got breakfast in the morning, my kiddo wanted the cinnamon rolls, I told her, maybe that just haven’t filled them up. The lady working the breakfast area says in a mean tone, “yeah, THEY ARE OUT” without even bothering to turn around to actually tell us. Who does that?! I took the high road and just said, “ok thanks”, since my daughter was with me. Solo me would have had some other words to say. The hotel business is Hospitality!!! Go work somewhere else if you hate it there, and have some self respect enough to do your job when a child only wants a cinnamon roll. I’ve been in plenty of hotels and tipped the staff working the breakfast bar. This lady took it the other way. The ‘Hospitality Promise’ was not kept.
