    You can hear the neighboring rooms TV as well as every footstep of whoever is above you. The construction of the building is low quality and doesn't deserve charging over $100 for a room. This is a 2 star hotel in disguise.

    The rooms are ok, my room has a leaking faucet that they didn't have to new faucet to fix but they did offer me another room. Breakfast is every morning starting at 5am. Thats good for me because I leave for work at 5:20. Also, they do not serve bacon but Holliday Inn does. They clean the rooms every day if you want and we're very polite and concerned about my satisfaction. It's a bit far from Franklin, where im working but overall im not upset

    Kind of a different experience at the Best Western in Morgan City. We had a small king room on the first floor, with dirty or filthy curtains and room darkening curtains. The hotel had some sort of moldy mildewy scent, not as evident on the 2nd floor or in the room. A person had to be some sort of contortionist to get to the bath tissue while on the toilet, as it was almost out of reach. There were some food options a short distance away, back on Bus. 90 or Hwy 182. The evening employee at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Lastly, price on Best Western website was cheaper than motel quoted price, and claimed they(we assume it was the general manager) could not match the website price as a walk-in customer, so make a reservation on line. It was a matter of less than a couple of dollars, but if you advertise a price, honor it.
