Water pressure is Soso so The beds are over soft causing cricket neck And when I got my bill it was sticker shock you thank the rooms were made of gold. Don't get me wrong staff is nice and friendly everyone here is friendly it's just these rooms are a bit over rated. First night I stayed they had carpet cleaners in and I've had carpet cleaning done where after they were done the carpets were dry not here

Night front desk lady appears to be untrained and unable to complete her tasks. 30 mins Unable to Print receipt for guest food. She refused to check in customer because US Federal Passport did not have a mailing address on it. Refused to take IHG Diamond member account number or receive address verbally. Refuse to connect manger to resolve issue. Proceed to Complained to other Guest about Guests, other hotels in area, about lazy employees not doing their job (room key had wrong room number) A very unpleasant and unprofessional interaction.
