    Guy at check in was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, It's no 4 star hotel but that was ok....LADY AT FRONT OFFICE IN THE MORNING WAS RUDE, IMPOLITE, UNPROFFESSIONAL AND HOSTILE, AS A RESULT I WONT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN, SHE ACTUALLY WAS UPSET BECAUSE I WANTED A RECIEPT AT CHECKOUT and didn't even try to hide it .....My advice to anyone thinking about going here is don't do it unless you don't have issue with being rude to after spending your money.....To management: this employee will continue to lose you customers so good luck with that, seems I'm not the only customer who spoke about her, If I had met her at check in I would have took my business elsewhere. I understand some customers can be difficult and I'm not 1 who believes employees should have to just take it and be polite, but I literally walked into the lobby and said 4 words, " Good morning, checking out" and the nasty, rude attitude went to MAX for no other reason other than me disturbing her from whatever else she decided was more important than doing HER JOB and customer service.

    Only room to fit our needs was upstairs with no elevator, not an issue normally but bad knees. Breakfast was minimal and bad. Staff in morning was grumbling under breath when we asked about a problem with the "pancake" machine, as nothing came out and when it did it was the size or a quarter.

    Everyone was amazing from the young lady at the front desk to the house keeping staff. The rooms were super clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again. MICHAEL DAVID HAMMOND APPROVED!!!
