Then the restaurant closes at 8 not 10 as advertised, I also had a group of 6 people and had to go get towels myself because only 3 were left for us and there wasn't enough bedding either. When I called desk for towels I caught major attitude. Not a pleasant stay for us.

- SLShane LaPointDec 13, 20251.0The room was very small, the AC never cooled the room woke up the second night sweating with the AC set on 60 degrees, the only employees that were courteous was the guys in the food area. When we checked in we were given 2 vouchers for breakfast with 4 people staying in the same room was told the other 2 people would have to buy their breakfasts, even though I paid extra for the room and breakfast. The breakfast food was cold eggs, bacon, sausage and a rock hard cinnamon roll. Do not recommend this hotel when staying in Metairie.
