Our hotel is conveniently located off Interstate 210 exit 5 on West Prien Lake Road.

- SLSherry LedbetterAug 11, 20254.0We arrived with the intention of spending 7 days at this hotel at 11:00 p.m. at night , my husband had to be at work the next morning. When we arrived there was a man at the front desk for about 5 hrs trying to gain access to his room with no luck . We checked into our room and the door card would not work , the night shift had to use a key to unlock our door and we had to leave it blocked open to get in and out . We started to leave at that point but it was late . Once we gained access to the room the furniture was coming apart , the couch cushions were turned side ways , the room stink of stale cigarettes, there was someone else food still left in the microwave and , there was a stain that was questionable on the bed cover , and when I reached for a glass in the cabinet it was nasty too.. needless to say we stayed long enough to get a room somewhere else..the man who was having problems getting into his room never got in that night to retrieve his things had to go to walmart at midnight and buy clothes to be able to take a shower and go back to work the next morning ...All I can say at this point is the person responsible for cleaning this room should be fired and if you are thinking about staying here on you next trip ...DON'T 🤔 Update ...They called Us and Apologized for the experience we had and offered to up grade our room ..so in Polite Southern Manner we gave them another try it was a much better experience this time around. If you need anything while there ask for ( Rhonda ) at the front desk she is the best ..
