We really enjoyed the breakfast – great variety and fresh options. One pleasant surprise was the shuttle service to the casino, which we hadn’t known about beforehand. It was convenient and reasonably priced at just $10 per person round trip. The hotel is located in a very safe area, which added to our peace of mind. Overall, a great experience – we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

They have a fabulous Menu displayed near the Front Desk which pulls up the whole week Monday to Sunday Breakfast Menu. The display itself shows the property Commitment to its Customers. The Area is well lit during the night , it looks like you are in a Big CITY. Normally all other properties have poor lighting , this one is excellent. The Frontdesk Staff is very friendly and very committed to their work. The Breakfast has wide variety of Menu and it’s Complimentary. There is Parking all over the Property and the whole Property is well maintained in regards to Cleanliness. I will surely stay here in my next visit to Lake Charles.
- NNNomesSep 26, 20253.0Checked in on the app, so when I rolled up, check in was quick, service was good. Room was oh man. I’m from Missouri, but this humidity in my room was ROUGH!!! It was late and I just wanted to shower and sleep. Didn’t really cool off/dry out til morning. You my tub had like, this deep groove in the middle almost busted my ass climbing in. You kind of straddle the groove or stand in it. Bed is comfy. Room isn’t that quiet. Had to extend my stay, that staff member was not friendly AT ALL. Never tired the brekkies or checked out any of the facilities
