Mattress body odor permiated thru sheets, i slept in my clothes, the room was outdated with painted old furnishings, missing furniture no alarm clock, they charged and extra 100 incidental fee for what i dont know because nothing in the room was worth 100. Said i would be refunded from at check out (not true). Sad misrepresentation and false advertising. Ask to see room first! And smell it too.
- SSSst S5Jan 29, 20261.0Best I can figure they are running a scam. I was traveling for work and they held 50 for room damage. Received receipt and sure enough they charged 50 for dirty sheets. I called asked for pics and they sent pics that were not mine. I explained to manager and asked if he would give me a time line of when and who cleaned the room. He absolutely refused. I called corporate, they couldn't do anything at all. Obviously all I can do is dispute the charges but, not the hotel stay itself. Its sad that shady companies have to resort to this in order to take advantage of customers.
