  Overall a decent hotel but I had roaches in both my kitchen and bedroom. I was too tired at check in to mention it but stopped the next morning at the desk. The person working said she would add points to my account. Nothing was ever added. I mentioned the issue on my survey at check out. No resolution there either. I thought it strange that the front desk didn’t even offer to move me which makes me think this isn’t an isolated issue.

  DO NOT STAY HERE, they recently renovated and the fire alarms systems in the room will all play a faint chiming sound in any room and you can’t turn it off, doors to rooms are cut so uneven you have to shove towels in the cracks or else the room won’t get dark and the showers are yellow and gross

  Constructive criticism time. Running your air conditioners at 68° in unoccupied rooms is just nuts. Talk about affecting your bottom line with an unnecessary expense. If you need to run the air conditioners to protect against mildew and other issues, do a setting of about 76°F. This will increase your monthly profit margin by saving on utility costs. Room 221 needs a bath mat or something to protect against slipping in the bath tub.

  My family and I were visiting Lafayette to film some resturant reviews for our YouTube channel. The check-in process was quick and easy. The hotel and lobby was well maintained but nothing too extravagant. Our suite was clean and spacious. This hotel has a lot of perks such as free laundry machines, free breakfast and a social hour in the evening which serves refreshments and light dinner. The few things I have to note is the hot tub not being in service and the dirty pool. Lafayette doesn’t really have much to do so we were looking forward to spending some time swimming which was really disappointing. All in all this was a decent hotel but if we’re ever in the area we will be staying elsewhere to give another hotel a chance.

  We booked for one night on a Monday for a 2 king 2 bath suite we paid a premium for. We arrived after 4pm, mind you there is a sign posted that check in starts at 3pm and we were told that the room wasn't ready yet, so waited around until 5:30pm. Just to be given the wrong room. On top of that the room was unclean. So we called and was told that the room we wanted wouldn't be available for a few more hours. We asked for a discount on the room, and we we're told it wasn't possible because we booked through expedia. They also complained to us that, they only had two housekeepers available cleaning the whole Hotel. Frankly that is not something I'm worried about nor is that something any hotel guest should be worried about I just want the correct room, that's clean and I want it for the time I booked it for.
