  I recently had a very frustrating experience with this hotel due to extremely poor customer service. I had a confirmed reservation and was on my way to check in when I received a notice that my room had been cancelled without any prior warning. When I showed up to resolve the issue, the staff was unhelpful and showed little concern for the inconvenience caused. Instead of offering a solution or trying to accommodate me, they simply stated that there was nothing they could do. Being left without a room at the last minute, especially after planning and traveling, was incredibly stressful and unacceptable. A hotel should prioritize its guests, especially those with confirmed bookings. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. I would not recommend staying here and would strongly advise others to double-check their reservations or consider booking elsewhere to avoid a similar situation. Also, as I was trying to prove my point about their pay when you arrive policy, she told me that she would call 911 on me for getting loud. I never once got loud.

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with many options. I would definitely stay here again!

  The staff at the front desk was great, I’ll preface with that. The rooms, and breakfast not so much. Our room looked like it had not been fully vacuumed, the area by the coffee maker was not wiped down and the bathroom was just gross. The clincher though was breakfast and the worker that was there. We went to breakfast at 8a (service ran from 6:30a - 10:30a). There was no bacon, cinnamon rolls and something else in the warmer. When we spoke to the young lady working in the area, asking if more bacon or cinnamon rolls were being put out (we were there with our kids and honestly this was all they wanted) we were told “we don’t have any”. I was surprised and said wow, the morning crew cleared you out already? With an attitude, the worker replied “that’s not what I said”. So I asked if there were any more going to be put out and they said “we never had any”. The warmer was still full of water and the crumbs were still in the cinnamon rolls area. I showed the worker this and they said “I SAID we don’t have any”. So I walked away. The front desk was made aware, and I believe the spoke to the worker, but I was still shocked by this worker. Very frustrated with our stay.
