The staff at the front desk was great, I’ll preface with that. The rooms, and breakfast not so much. Our room looked like it had not been fully vacuumed, the area by the coffee maker was not wiped down and the bathroom was just gross. The clincher though was breakfast and the worker that was there. We went to breakfast at 8a (service ran from 6:30a - 10:30a). There was no bacon, cinnamon rolls and something else in the warmer. When we spoke to the young lady working in the area, asking if more bacon or cinnamon rolls were being put out (we were there with our kids and honestly this was all they wanted) we were told “we don’t have any”. I was surprised and said wow, the morning crew cleared you out already? With an attitude, the worker replied “that’s not what I said”. So I asked if there were any more going to be put out and they said “we never had any”. The warmer was still full of water and the crumbs were still in the cinnamon rolls area. I showed the worker this and they said “I SAID we don’t have any”. So I walked away. The front desk was made aware, and I believe the spoke to the worker, but I was still shocked by this worker. Very frustrated with our stay.

Nice clean room and lobby area, fitness is good, elevator is good 👍. Thf front desk staff is super nice and quick. Coffee and hot water available all time

Really Nice hotel, nice staff and really nice rooms. Stayed here on new years eve and it was nice. The pancakes were really chewy and plastic like though but they were good. Over all 5 stars
