  This place is absolutely disgusting. I’ve never seen a dirtier hotel in my life. The condition of the rooms is horrifying, and the bedbugs are ridiculous. This is not just a minor issue — it’s clearly an infestation. I even showed them pictures and the bites, and they still refused to admit there was a problem. The bugs were visible and the bites were obvious, yet the staff acted like it was nothing. The entire place is filthy. It looks like basic cleaning isn’t even being done. Dead bugs, dirt, and a general feeling of neglect everywhere. It’s shocking that a business can operate in this condition. Management’s response was exactly what you’d expect from people who clearly do not care about their customers or basic sanitation. What makes it worse is their attitude when you bring up the problem. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to fix the issue, they dismiss you and act like you’re the problem. Your response is typical of someone who doesn’t care about customers at all. For a place that can’t even keep the property clean, you should honestly be ashamed of yourselves. If you value your health, your money, or basic cleanliness, stay far away from this place. Unless you want to deal with bedbugs, filth, and management that refuses to take accountability, do not stay here.

  My husband needs to go to the hospital but could not drive and we have a 1 year old and 2 month old. I booked 2 nights to be as close to the hospital as possible and to allow my husband to rest. We only ended up staying one night due to the bathtub being disgusting. They refused to refund me for the second night despite the conditions of the bathroom. Management showed no concern whatsoever

  If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this is not the place. Yes, there are imperfections in areas of this hotel such as scuffs on the walls, paint chips in areas, and stains in some areas. However, the hotel location is off the main 4 lane road so no issues with traffic noise. The check in process online was seamless, and we were greeted in a positive fashion by the front desk clerk. The room with two queen beds were made nicely with the sheets neatly tucked in all corners and the room temperature was spot on. The bath room was clean and plenty of towels for our group. The shower had great water pressure and the water temperature was nice and hot! The room A/C worked great and kept the room at a nice 68 degrees all night. The complementary breakfast was ready @ 630A with the usual fixin's. The breakfast was hot and plenty of selections to fix that early morning craven. Coffee was spot on and the dining room clean. Our single complaint with this hotel is the bed was too hard for our liking. When you sleep on a sterns and foster mattress at home, the hotel beds do not compare. Keep in mind, these hotel beds get plenty of abuse over time.

  The room was clean and tidy with no foul odor. However, the air conditioner was very noisy, so I had to turn it off to sleep. I would rate the room 6/10 and the breakfast 8/10

  I was happy until they mistakingly charge my debit card for a week stay by mistake then told mw itll take 3 to 5 days to get it back,mistakes like this should be refunded in cash when they make a mistake
