Die Zimmer sind alt und verdreckt. Auf dem Fußboden im Bad klebt man fest. Das Klo läuft aus und in der Badewanne befanden sich undefinierbare Rückstände. Dieses Haus benötigt definitiv eine Grundsanierung. Lediglich der Standard ist optimal gesetzt.
