  I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay at this property. Upon arrival, our room was found to be roach-infested, and the bed sheets were visibly stained. Because the issue occurred over the weekend, I was informed that a manager was unavailable at that time but that I would receive a follow-up call on Monday. After more than a week passed without any communication, I had to contact the property myself to speak with a manager named David. During our conversation, I explained the issues we experienced; however, he stated that he had no prior knowledge of the situation and that no notes or messages had been left for him, which I believe was a lie. His response was dismissive and lacked empathy, especially considering that my children and I were required to stay in an unsanitary room. The only resolution offered was loyalty points. When I inquired about additional options and expressed concern over the lack of follow-up and the seriousness of the conditions, there was no meaningful response beyond reiterating the same offer. Overall, the handling of this matter was unprofessional and did not reflect appropriate customer care.

  Do not stay here!! They have a roach infestation. They don’t clean the rooms daily AND we had to kill roaches in the room daily. It was awful. The manager and staff were aware of the roaches because when I complained, they weren’t surprised and offered to spray the rooms! Yuck!! They need to close off each floor and fumigate it to kill the root cause. These weren’t tree roaches; it was the smaller ones. Plus, if you’re going to allow eating in the rooms or extended stays for guests, they should at least clean daily to avoid attracting roaches and bugs. Plus, they kept running out of clean towels. It was an awful experience. Further, the manager would not refund me for the room so we checked out early and she offered me a one-night credit and that would resolve the issue. Pay more and stay somewhere else. Trust me! I’m uploading pics of dead roaches we killed. I wish I could upload the video but Google doesn’t permit.

  Horrible and Traumatic experience... Checked into my room, adjusted temperature because the room was freezing. Went to dinner, came back and was met with roaches on the wall, on the night stand and in the bathroom. Totally traumatized me. I frantically started grabbing my things with hopes that they had not infiltrated my luggage. I immediately went to the front desk with items in tow. Requesting a refund. I'm not paying $742.00 to sleep with roaches. Needless to say, they did cancel my reservation and all pending charges. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
