- NPNallely PanamenoDec 18, 20252.0Ended up at this hotel not by choice. Our other hotel had cancelled our room it was 3 am we were exhausted from driving 6+ hours. The other hotel called this one and spoke to someone who i can assume was the manager Dana and explained our situation and she said there were rooms available. We drove down to this hotel and spoke to the man at the front desk i explained the situation and all he could tell me was there was no rooms available and no one had called him. Being confused we went back to the car and called the original hotel which then the clerk asked me to go back inside to he could speak to the person who had told me that. After some back and forth with the other hotel the man here was able to call someone who again i assume was the manager Dana and were able to get me settled with room. It was almost 4am im exhausted all we want it to rest, the clerk lets me know that it would be $79 before tax but never let me know how much the room would be. We finally get to our room there’s not much to it again being exhausted i pulled back the comforter just to see that the sheet that was on the bed was dirty. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. At that point i was so frustrated and exhausted that i had no energy to ask for another room. I finally check how much the room was and it shows $91! Just be careful when booking and make sure you are aware how much the room is. The only reason I’m not leaving a one star is because Dana was able to accommodate us even if the room was not in the best conditions.

- HGherb greenOct 8, 20252.0Not one to complain much, but the building had an order that was awful. The manager on duty take a few lessons in courtesy and accountability. The A/C unit began smoking and we had to move to another room. That was nice, but when she asserted that it was somehow our fault that their equipment malfunctioned, I hit the roof. How dare they make that assumption. I will never stay here or recommend anyone that I know use this onion, boo boo, and toe cheese smelling place!!!!!
