  Location is great right next to EVERYTHING! Rooms are cheaply made I have never heard so much commotion during the night. If you have someone above your room you can literally hear them walking knocking closing and shutting doors ITS RIDICULOUS! There are some many more options in this area choose differently if you can. Kitchenette was convenient, however double check and wash all dishes majority of the items were not clean.

  The staff is friendly, but the room and building are in poor condition. The rooms lack proper ventilation, resulting in stagnant airflow and a humid environment. I can confirm this because the bed felt damp. Additionally, there was an uninvited insect roaming freely in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. Based on these experiences, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. This will likely be my last time staying at Candlewood.

  Hotel has had a make over and looks great. Location is a major plus and main reason for staying here. Recommend staying here.

  I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay at this property. Upon arrival, our room was found to be roach-infested, and the bed sheets were visibly stained. Because the issue occurred over the weekend, I was informed that a manager was unavailable at that time but that I would receive a follow-up call on Monday. After more than a week passed without any communication, I had to contact the property myself to speak with a manager named David. During our conversation, I explained the issues we experienced; however, he stated that he had no prior knowledge of the situation and that no notes or messages had been left for him, which I believe was a lie. His response was dismissive and lacked empathy, especially considering that my children and I were required to stay in an unsanitary room. The only resolution offered was loyalty points. When I inquired about additional options and expressed concern over the lack of follow-up and the seriousness of the conditions, there was no meaningful response beyond reiterating the same offer. Overall, the handling of this matter was unprofessional and did not reflect appropriate customer care.
