    Really nice BW off I-10. Clean, great service, and quality for the price. We checked in and the clerk, Xavier, was so helpful in getting us checked in due to reservations being done on-line. Access to BW was awkward due to service road. Definitely a 5 🌟 rating $. I used 20,000 points to stay, the cash price was $89 without tax.

    Accueil très sympa mais nous avions choisi cet hôtel car il y avait une piscine et un espace fitness. Les 2 étaient fermés pour les 3 jours où nous étions la, du coup très decu

    Got in last night from Dallas. Went straight to bed. Woke up around 5am to take shower. They had towels in here no soap. Call the front desk no answer. When I finally went down to desk I ask for manager was told she was there. The lady ask what was wrong I told her and only thing she said was sorry for inconvenience nothing else. I sad ok

    Room ans lobby was clean, but room needed some maintenance. The bathroom sink leaked and had a loose faucet. Thr toilet looked like it had been leaking and the microwave didn't work.

    I feel like it’s the wrong time to be here. Do NOT , I repeat do NOT come here during Mardi Gras. One lady was really disrespectful towards us for no apparent reason. And it reeks of dog poo and fur. And in the elevator, it smells like straight up bologna … I’m a KID and I have to complain… what the heck…?
