Unfortunately the staff has locked it down, likely because they don't feel like skimming it or keeping the towels stocked. Our family is disappointed greatly as we have traveled 10 hours to stay here knowing that a pool was available to the children while their father was at work. Staff unwilling to accommodate us. I do not recommend.

We go to the pool only to find it filled and beautiful, excited we open the hotel door then find a PAD LOCK on the pool gate.

Even if the issue did not end well for me, the review would have remained the same. Joseph presented himself as a professional and was extremely courteous.
- AWAshley WalkerFeb 10, 20265.0I had a great experience this past weekend staying at this location. It has a very good location in proximity to the highway and close to the town’s eateries. It is just a 20 or 30 minute drive from the city of New Orleans. The young man that was working the front desk, James, was very sweet, professional and accommodating. He’s the young black man with locs. You guys should be very proud of him as he is representing the hospitality of the company well. The room was clean and quiet. My only complaint is the elevator, the door closes super slowly, but we kind of got used to it. Lol. We did not eat breakfast there as I usually bring my own breakfast so I cannot comment on that. I would not be opposed to staying at this location in the future.
