Even if the issue did not end well for me, the review would have remained the same. Joseph presented himself as a professional and was extremely courteous.

- AWAshley WalkerFeb 10, 20265.0I had a great experience this past weekend staying at this location. It has a very good location in proximity to the highway and close to the town’s eateries. It is just a 20 or 30 minute drive from the city of New Orleans. The young man that was working the front desk, James, was very sweet, professional and accommodating. He’s the young black man with locs. You guys should be very proud of him as he is representing the hospitality of the company well. The room was clean and quiet. My only complaint is the elevator, the door closes super slowly, but we kind of got used to it. Lol. We did not eat breakfast there as I usually bring my own breakfast so I cannot comment on that. I would not be opposed to staying at this location in the future.

- NSNoelie SylvesterJan 6, 20261.0Front desk manager LaTonya Nobel has an extremely nasty attitude, extremely unprofessional for a manager. complained to Guest Services about the bathroom, and microwave being dirty, pubic hair on the bed linen. Latonya advised me I didn’t follow protocol and said look girl, I disconnect the call. Later Joshua from the front desk came to my door asking that I leave immediately, said sure I needed to pack. Wanting to know why I’m being asked to leave, Joshua never responded. When you complain about the condition of the room your met with retaliation. I absolutely do not recommend this budget friendly hotel and am considering filing other complaints based upon how I was treated by LaTonya.
