- NSNoelie SylvesterJan 6, 20261.0Front desk manager LaTonya Nobel has an extremely nasty attitude, extremely unprofessional for a manager. complained to Guest Services about the bathroom, and microwave being dirty, pubic hair on the bed linen. Latonya advised me I didn’t follow protocol and said look girl, I disconnect the call. Later Joshua from the front desk came to my door asking that I leave immediately, said sure I needed to pack. Wanting to know why I’m being asked to leave, Joshua never responded. When you complain about the condition of the room your met with retaliation. I absolutely do not recommend this budget friendly hotel and am considering filing other complaints based upon how I was treated by LaTonya.

I arrived before my scheduled check in time and the front desk informed me that my check in was a no show. How could I be a no show if I'm here at 9 am and my checkin is for 3 pm it makes no sense. The manager argued with me saying my checkin was for the previous day. He tried to use so many big words still sounding heartless. There was no compassion in his heart even if I was wrong. I've been coming here for the past two years so I'm quite aware of my reservation and the policy. Needless to say I'm sure he pocketed 200 dollars . With all that's going on in this world THERE ARE STILL SOME HEARTLESS PRICE GUILDING INDIVIDUALS OUT HERE ... BE CAREFUL HERE. If there's this kind of THEFT going on there's no telling what happens in your room when you're not there ... Holiday inn Express This is POOR HOSPITALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE....

Great customer service, welcome bag with water and chips, very clean rooms, clean smells in common area and in room, clean bathrooms, Dove brand toiletries, and appreciated the labeled pillowcases for soft and firm pillow options!
