I called to tell them how I was redirected and they would not assist me with making it right. Just stole my money and hung up on me. Them and super.com have some type of scam going on. I called within seconds of catching it happen before my eyes. And neither one was willing to give me cash back or just make the correct reservation. I have never seen just a scam. I live in Maryland no where near LA. Will never go back to best western or use super.com again.
