We stayed here (no other hotels available) and were rudely scolded by the manager (Lake, the older man with long hair) when we asked for housekeeping. He also insulted my children when they ask him to please speak kindly. The room included a bathroom with feces spattered on the wall and the side of the toilet, and a broken lamp. 30 mins drive to New Orleans.

I have called 3 times to receive the $30 they held onto for a “reserved” amount they give you back after you leave. I stayed 1 night and didn’t make a crazy mess anywhere - just normal. After calling 3 times, they still haven’t given my money back. Absolutely no reason not to. Scamming people hoping they’ll “forget” about the extra $30 - NOT ME!
