- SSSpeedy Speed6 days ago1.0the place is very clean I decided to stay because I stayed here before and I didnt have a problem when I got to the front desk I regret it the whole way never staying here agian customer service is the worst rude idk how they hire people like that and by the comments they do nothing about it just stay at the other best western on Idaho dr they are always nice the owner is always on point not like this place

He also insulted my children when they ask him to please speak kindly. The room included a bathroom with feces spattered on the wall and the side of the toilet, and a broken lamp. 30 mins drive to New Orleans.
