  The breakfast is just continental. Not a lot of hot items. The rooms are refinished but not super Fancy but clean and comfortable and large and quiet. Pool and hot tub work. Great location to downtown. Staff is friendly and helpful. Enjoy your stay 😊 Higher end budget hotel.

  Robert was very nice. The cleaning crew needs to be trained.how to mop, clean sink, dust. Why are the light bulbs so dim, the room was too dark. Some of the switches didn't work. Security latch for my door broken but will get fixed. There is a gap between my door and the frame, large enough for someone to look through. I put the ironing board in front of it but of course not all of door was covered, someone tall could still see. Renovated hotel but sloppy workmanship. You get what you pay for I guess. Did not try breakfast.

  AVOID THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF RUMMAGED THROUGH!! I was in town for my graduation and what should have been an enjoyable weekend for me was instead a weekend filled with stress. My family accompanied me for my graduation and my sister had the room right next to mine. On the morning of my Graduation, the cleaning staff member, specifically, Olimpia Orella, went through my sister’s belongings. My sister just came back from Walmart and went to her room only for her to catch cleaning staff member Olimpia on FaceTime going through my sister’s stuff all while showing whoever she was on FaceTime with my sister’s stuff!!! We went immediately downstairs to report it to the manager but was told he was not there. We spoke with Katherine Leto who said she was the assistant manager( at that time) and said she would look into it. Her attitude regarding the situation was that of nonchalant as if though this was not the first time this occurred. No sign of displeasure or shocked was given from her or the staff. So now on the morning of my graduation, this was the nonsense I had to deal with. Katherine told us that she would inform the manager but it’s Monday and this occurred on Saturday. No calls from the manager, no apologies..nothing. It seems this is a regular thing as the way the staff acted and if they didn’t care. THE CLEANING STAFF GOT CAUGHT GOING THROUGH MY SISTER’S STUFF!!! THEY PROBABLY STEAL STUFF AND THEY FINALY GOT CAUGHT. I WILL NOT LET THIS GO WITHOUT SOME FORM OF RESOLUTION AND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

  DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you want the housekeeping to go through your personal belongings do not stay here. I stayed here for a weekend and caught housekeeping Olympia Orellana on FaceTime showing my personal belongings. Reported it to the front desk and Katherine has refused to apologize or take any action since we reported it. In fact Katherine has only taken up for the staff member. They have been giving us the run around and a manager has yet to reach out to us. DO NOT STAY HERE.
