- TMTayloe McDonaldNov 20, 20254.0Stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting family in the area. The hotel was remodeled a couple of years ago and still looks fresh. We arrived late in the evening and were promptly helped. When I got to my room, I noticed the shower curtain smelled rank. I called the front desk and the receptionist immediately brought a fresh curtain and happily installed it. In the morning, my family had missed the complimentary breakfast by about 10 mins. Staff saw that we were looking a bit bereft, and opened it back up for us. Very kind. After we checked out and had been on the road for an hour, my nephew realized he had left his laptop in his room. He called the front desk and they immediately found it and Fed Exed it to him within 2 hours. It was a great Best Western, but the service felt like Ritz Carlton.
