Being in the transportation business, my standards arent very high, as long as its clean, safe, comfortable, and not super expensive, which is what Holiday Inn is pretty good at. For the last 2 years i was running locally but now i am back to long distance and this was my first hotel stay. I got there around midnight after a flat tire and a late delivery. The lady at the front desk was very sweet, friendly, and informative in recommending local tire shops to help with my flat tire. She also let me know that the room that was i originally booked to had a family with 3 children next door and moved me to an identical room on a different floor. Unfortunately i dont remember name but i believe she had red hair and small tatoos, but she deserves recognition. The room was modern, clean, and was a quiet and comfortable sleep.

It’s like the cook doesn’t care about how the food comes out. The grits were watery and eggs were discolored. I don’t understand how you can mess up instant grits but it has happened twice. If there was a little more effort in to presentation and quality, this place would be great. Not. So sure if I will stay here in the future and if I do, I will not be getting the breakfast. On a good note, Zaida is very pleasant and helpful and I think that’s why I continue to come. Overall good experience, just need a little more care from the kitchen
