    Room 309 had an odor. Silverfish in towel. No handsoap in soap dispenser. Some guys were in the hot tub hootin and hollerin. The rooms surround the pool & hottub, so it echoed whenever they were rowdy..at night. Room LOOKS nice tho. Bare floors, so that was good. Plenty of outlets. Lady at front desk last night said my room number out loud while checking me in. Someone else was standing at the counter when this happened. Major safety concern.

    Looks kinda plain from outside but it is truly a beautiful place nice amenities beautiful courtyard and the front desk personal were very kind really enjoyed my stay

    DO NOT MISS THIS HOTEL. It's almost impossible to properly impart what a gem this place is - it's definitely not an ordinary Best Western or even chain hotel. The decorations are always impeccable, the courtyard area is magical and has plenty of pool space and even an indoor hot tub, and the bar in the center serves up local Nola specialties you'd never see in a normal hotel, but the people take this location to 11. From minute one they were polite, friendly and bending over backwards for us. Over the course of our stay we really got to know them and I have to say it's my first time leaving a hotel choked up because I already miss the staff. Mr Wayne (the night manager) and Becky at the bar are truly world class, and honestly just good people. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

    We love staying here when we cruise out of New Orleans port. Most recently, my husband and I decided to stay here for our honeymoon. There are tons of great local places to eat and it's close enough to Uber or Lyft to New Orleans for an affordable fare. The rooms are clean and functional. The courtyard is beautiful and well kept, and we love the courtyard bar, too! Mr. Wayne, Mrs. Becky and her son, Adam, and of course, Miss Thing (lobby kitty) made our stay phenomenal. We can't wait to come back!

    Beautiful hotel for the price. Renovations have brought everything up to date. Breakfast was great with choice of pancakes and waffles along with bacon eggs potatoes and other breakfast items. Room is extremely clean and includes nice newer flat screen. Plenty of towels. Wall mounted soap and shampoo is citrus scented. Plenty of snacks and vending on site. Staff is awesome and check in was a breeze. Plenty of parking safe well lit parking under camera surveillance.
