( Shot out to Ms Penny ) The only thing I wasn’t pleased with was 1 of housekeepers went in my room while I wasn’t in there and claimed she was getting my dirty laundry but didn’t leave any clean ones…weird! Nothing was missing and I addressed it with front desk and all was well! Other than that…I highly recommend this place!

Not necessarily the fanciest but absolutely the best.The staff is top notch. The ambiance felt by all as amazing. They have a multi choice coffee machine that has mocha, lattes complimentary! Fresh baked delicious cookies in the evening and their breakfast has a waffle and pancake machine. The only other fresh yogurt machine I have ever seen was in a five star hotel in China. This Best Western plus has a fresh yogurt machine! Rooms are nice with a big tv and every channel possible. In room Kurig , microwave and refrigerator. They have a pool,hot tub, fitness room and a cute building outside that has a bar. This is in a nice area in the courtyard pool area.We stayed only 1 night in-between our 2 cruises. $20 Lyft ride to the cruise port! I like everything about this hotel.

I chose this hotel because it’s close to downtown, offers free parking, and includes breakfast — and it turned out to be a great choice. The location was convenient, only about a 9-minute drive to downtown. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a king bed. The breakfast was very good, and the free parking was a big plus. The hotel has its own authentic charm and a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would stay here again.
- JJJamesNov 2, 20255.0This is a very nice hotel in a perfect location if looking to avoid the madness of the French quarter. Roughly 15 minutes from the chaos offers a serene and peaceful hotel. We were here for 3 nights and enjoyed the time we had the opportunity to stay at the hotel. Parking is ample and great location to the room. The layout of the hotel is better than multiple 4 star locations I have stayed at. Their layout of bar/pool/hotel provides great ambiance. The breakfast was good and varied from day to day. The most important thing with any hotel is the customer service which this property excels above any expectations with the highlights being Kate during the morning shift and the lady that works the night shift who unfortunately I do not remember her name. Highly recommend choosing this hotel, as I am sure we will the next time we travel to the area.
