  Positives: Cheaper than staying in New Orleans. Bartender provided the best service and we enjoyed chatting with her. Great breakfast options. Rooms are up-to-date. Free cookies 🍪 in the lobby. Nice decor in the lobby. Negatives: Hotel has a weird smell throughout, even in the rooms. Rooms 218 and 328 both had weird smells. Guest services overnight needs some improvement with customer service. If you expect quietness over the weekend, forget it. Quiet hours and rules don’t exist to young college students who run up and down the halls, slam the doors, stay at the pool after closing hours just to laugh and scream, and operate remote control cars up and down the hallway. It’s very immature and childish! Almost had to go outside a few times to say something. Elevators were out of order. Very inconvenient for those staying on the top floor with a bunch of luggage 🧳 and for those who have less mobility. For some reason, housekeeping were able to access them though. Overall, experience was between average-below average. The purpose was to see New Orleans anyway.

  This place has a super friendly staff and a surprisingly delicious breakfast. On par with Embassy Suites, just not eggs to order. If you need to stay on the West Bank, definitely recommend.

  One star is the best I can do. Upon arriving at the front desk, I was met by a cat walking around on the counter, and I am desperately allergic to cats so I had to back away, besides the fact what hotel lets an animal that walks around in its own shit walk around on the counter absolutely disgusting!! The rest of the hotel is just mediocre if you wanna call it a hotel it’s more of a motel. I will never stay here again nor recommend it. They really need to watch having an animal like that walking around on the counter as they could easily get sued if somebody has an allergic reaction and ends up in the hospital.

  The hotel features the characteristic architecture of New Orleans, complete with a lovely central courtyard featuring tables and a pleasant bar where you can order simple meals. The rooms are clean and equipped with modern TVs. The staff is very friendly. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, a small but well-equipped gym, guest laundry facilities, and vending machines. There is also a small shop selling essentials located in the lobby. There are plenty of parking spaces available. You can find many restaurants in the surrounding area, and there is a Walmart Supercenter nearby.
