As if they didn't charge enough for the rooms, they also want you to pay for breakfast, even though ITS THE SAME FOOD you get from a complimentary breakfast at any standard rate motel. 10/10 will never stop here again. The only staff member who was professional towards me was the young lady who checked me in. All of the other staff have barely said a word, and were rude when asked any questions. Not even a good morning from the front desk, just a dirty look and an instruction where to deposit my door keys and a single word response after "receipt"? The lovely train track behind the motel was like icing on top, it makes it very hard to sleep. The pool doesn't even add any points because it looks poorly maintained, no point waiting around here to find out. Not only am I unimpressed, but I felt a bit insulted this morning by the terrible service, and the charge for a normal complimentary breakfast.

Thank you cleaning staff, I really appreciate all of you and the hard work you do to make us feel at home while away from home working. You all are the unspoken superhero’s. But the shining stars of this place is the front desk staff. Jakob always greets us with a smile and by name. He is one of the friendliest staff members. Melissa is always smiling and exceptionally friendly and knows us by name as well. And Ciara always greets us in the lobby first thing in the morning. She is a little ray of sunshine to start the day off with. Oh and let’s not forget about the bartender Trey. He seems to always be in a good mood even when he shuts down the bar late at night and there for breakfast at 6:30 AM some mornings.
