Checking in at the front desk my girl Malicia is everything! Just hearing her accent was a great welcome home for me! She was so sweet and welcoming! The room is nice, clean and spacious. The bathroom is ok. I have a lil view of the bridge. So far so good! Thank you Malicia!

First, this hotel is definitely old. If not, it smells old. The first room we were provided was on the highway side with constant traffic and heavy road noise. The hotel staff was nice enough to reassigned our room to the back side, which was quiet. However, there was a trade off... The first room was cleaner. But both rooms were marginally clean. The beds were comfortable and provided good sleep/rest. Neither room had blackout curtains, only sheer covering. Realistically, the rooms provided litte to no privacy. Anyone on the outside could see either your silhouette or even you. During checkout, the female at the front desk with blue hair was rude and unprofessional. I was in line behind a customer she was tending to. Based upon their conversation, he was requesting a receipt, which was to be provided to him via email. She handed him a piece of paper to write his email address, which he took and stepped aside. I continued to stand in line and waited to be called next. Unbeknownst to me, she was waiting on me, but never said anything. She eventually looked over the computer monitor and her glasses at me, rolled her eyes, and said "may I help you" in a condescending way. I then said I didn't know you were waiting on me because you never said anything and I don't read minds. She said I don't read minds either. She was very snappy, rude, and unprofessional. Between the lackluster stay, poor CS, and the homeless lady that walked into the hotel through the front lobby, into the restaurant and picked through the food with her hands at the breakfast bar was enough for me. I won't be staying here again nor would I recommend it to others. In my opinion, this hotel is substandard and a 0 star rating for me. Not again.

I have been an IHG member for many years. I have stayed at this facility more than once.
The arrogance of the female at the front desk ( notice I did not say lady) was unbelievable to say the least.
The room was roach infested (one room more and 10 roaches).
The person at the front desk felt the need to video the transaction. It was obvious that she was engaging in inappropriate behavior prior to our arrival. It was obvious that she has been in trouble in the past.
Her attitude, her behavior was quite ridiculous

The only drawback is that there is a highway nearby. The noise from passing cars keeps you awake at night and it's extremely loud.
