When we arrived after a long drive no one was at the desk to check us in and after waiting for hours some staff finally show up and their computer went down then they informed us we lost the reservation for not checking in on time they did refund the money but would not give us another room. I really wanted to stay at the green tower maybe next time...hopefully staff improves.

Nice value with the conference seminar discount I received. Was very comfortable and super convenient with the vertical tower layout. Very few steps from front door to elevator to room.

Front desk staff were friendly. Hallway and room smelled musty snd like Marijuana. Room was large. Sink clogged and zero hot water in shower! Location isn't great. Gas station across the street was sketchy. Sketchy area. Breakfast not included and for $15, it's super basic and not worth it.

I really want to give this hotel more stars, but as an overall I just can’t. Number 1, I did not get the front desk lady’s name; but she was phenomenal. Her energy was spot on, she was friendly and she asked all the things she was supposed to. She also made sure we were okay with our two rooms being on separate floors. We had no issues with that. She deserves 5 stars honestly. Number 2 it is easy to get to and that’s important when you’re tired, however our room was right outside the freeway and it was so loud unless the air conditioner was running. Even then if motorcycles went by, they like to get crazy and that’s the loudest of all. (I love motorcycles but not late at night when I’m sleeping) Number 3, this is an older hotel. It does smell mildewy in the halls and both our rooms. I hate that smell, however we were just here to sleep so we can get over it. It’s definitely older holiday inn and not new IHG. Lastly, the bed. The bed was springy so I was concerned, however it was firm enough for my bad back and comfy enough for a good night sleep. The issue here was the smoke detector directly above our heads with the bright green light in my eyes. This definitely disrupted my sleep. Would I stay again? Maybe. I will probably look somewhere else first, but budget for the money it’s understandable.

Service is awful! Request to service, clean towels and coffee are promised and then immediately ignored. Unfortunately stayed here for a week (canceling results in no refund). Everyday I returned to a dirty room with no coffee!! There is no complimentary coffee elsewhere because they say its in the room, but they dont service they room to replace them. Breakfast is on par with your budget level hotel breakfast bar. Not at all what I would expect for $30 a day (15 per person) for breakfast charge. Size on the buffet table was about 1 person amount of each item, so you really couldnt get enough without everyone staring at you for taking everything available. Sausage was obviously reheated for days (there was 3 pieces available, and I was gready the first day and took 2 pieces, but taste was awful, old, stale). Bacon was ok, not great (there was 2 pieces at the buffet table, I only took 1 to leave the next guy in line 1 piece). I think the scambled eggs were the ones that come in a cardboard (milk type) container. The bread, apple, banana, and yogurt was the best thing there was. Counter Staff at hotel was friendly. Breakfast lady not so much, it felt like she was glaring at me while I was getting the food, burning a hole in the back of my head cursing me for taking to much. Not what I would expect from a holiday inn. Maybe they are going bankrupt and so trying to save money on the breakfast by charging an arm and leg, and skimping on what they put out? Talking to the counter staff about the dirty rooms, they say " I am limited on what I can do" and "canceling reservations result in no refund". So, if you expect good service, clean rooms, clean towels, coffee, good food, recomend you go elsewhere.
