  Bad breakfast, terrible shower water preassure and tempurate, no coffee machine in the room. But the beds are comfortable and the ac works well.

  Rooms are clean, but my tv hasn’t worked since I got here. Got here Monday, asked the first night I was here, come Friday, it still doesn’t work. No WiFi, missing weights in the weight room. Room hasn’t been cleaned the whole time I’ve been here. I know these are first world problems but come on now

  This place is disgusting. The money is so not worth it. The breakfast is horrible. I’m guessing the lady that had short brown hair is the housekeeps manager she’s very rude to her employees. The place stinks. Toilets are loose carpet is nasty. The covers has dirt on it. The pillows are outrageously disgusting. The toilet and shower was not cleaned properly. They need new people in here because this is just ridiculous. I don’t mean to be rude but it is what it is. Yall don’t want reviews like this then yall need to step yall game up.

  On the drive in from out of state, received a call from Amelia cancelling our reservation. She said because someone extended their stay our reservation was cancelled. I said you can't do that she said it was their policy. She get defensive because we called her out. She gets smart and says I don't know what to tell you. We asked for the Manager she said she can't contact. We asked for Customer Support Amelia gave the wrong number. We Contacted Customer Support who assured us that wasn't policy and reserved a room. Customer Support was excellent. Never expected that from The Holiday Inn brand Donaldville Hotel never have to worry about us ever. Checkout Sunday two ladies on front desk were nice and apologized for no power which was beyond their control. Saturday on the front desk employee had rollers in head.

  Room was okay, but didn't have an electrical plug at the deck to recharge the laptop. This was the worst breakfast I have ever had at a Holiday Inn Express. Went to breakfast at 8:00 on Saturday, halfway through the posted hours. They had plenty of sausage, half a dozen burnt omlettes, one biscuit and no cinnamon rolls. During the time we sat there and ate cold cereal no one came by to check. I expect a decent breakfast from HIE, this one was pitiful.
