- MMMaryOct 11, 20255.0Needed a room for one night. Had to call and book over the phone. So easy to do. Get there and hotel clerk was so sweet! The lobby, halls, room were super clean and smelled so good! Our room was double queen beds… you clearly could tell everything was exceptionally clean, neat, smelled freshly washed. No dust, no funny smells, nothing in the corner of the floors… by far the cleanest hotel stay I’ve ever had! Tub wasn’t stained, bathroom was super clean. Plenty of towels, accommodations, etc. pool was clean and pretty. And when leaving the next morning even the housekeeper was super sweet and friendly! The only complaint I might have is that the continental breakfast was over at 9…. Usually hotel guests like to sleep late on the check out day and we were down for breakfast at 9:10. It was all cleaned up and saved. No biggy but a little disappointed because we were looking forward to it. Even though very nice place!

The property was cleaned and the room was clean, smelt freshly sanitized and clean, and was very cozy and nice. Bed felt good, pillows were great and the internet worked for business. We used the gym and it provided a good workout. I was hesitant to stay since we usually stay at Hilton but this was very nice and will look more into Best Western Plus in future.
