- RMR M4 days ago1.0⭐ 1/5 — One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place.This hotel is nothing like the photos and the grounds reeked of cigarette smoke, and the overall appearance felt rundown and neglected.The receptionist looked completely unprofessional and acted like basic customer service was an inconvenience. There was no parking available for me, and when I explained that I needed to cancel because of this, I was met with zero empathy. She told me to park at a Holiday Inn or even a Walmart down the street—an absolutely ridiculous and unsafe suggestion. When I told her this was unreasonable, she then said she would mark me as a no-show and charge me anyway. I was shocked—I was standing right there, explaining my dilemma, and her response was essentially: either park off-site or be charged as a no-show. Once I realized the conversation was going nowhere, I asked if I could video the interaction and was granted permission. I will attempt to upload it as evidence of the poor customer service. Between the misleading photos, the unpleasant environment, and the shocking lack of professionalism, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Easily one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I’ve had while traveling.

It's as near as the other hotels are to what galliano has as far as the conveniences of grocery stores, restaurants etc... These same hotels in the city are usually run down and attract a different element but here, most everyone is out here working.

The hotel was so clean, they had fresh cookies at the front and always willing to help or just talk (which I could listen to them all day with their awesome accent) I give this hotel 5 stars. Thank you Tiffany and Kim. Yall need a raise for sure!!
