  Overcharge your card, place is disgusting, outside trash laying everywhere and trash cans overflowing. Disappointing considering stayed there when the other owner owned it and it was nice. Walk in to the lobby and the owner, his family and cleaning guy are laying on sofas with feet (bare feet) on the furniture and coffee table. Disgusting.

  Night clerk not friendly. Morning clerk at one point was sitting on the couch in the lobby with his shoes off and on the couch messing with his feet. Bathroom in the room wasn't clean and had mold on the ceiling. The light switch cover plate was missing in the bathroom. Continental breakfast left much to be desired.

  Room smelled like mold and we found a lot of it along the side of the walls, etc. we also found a few bed bugs that looked dead. Staff was kind while giving us a refund. Housekeeping should defined clean better and hotel should look into some pest control in case.

  Bad service. No hot water for shower. I stayed for 2 nights. It states breakfast but DONT keep your expectations on this. It is not edible. White bread, old cereal, coffee and muffin was served. Did not look appealing to eat. Best to walk down to near by restaurant for breakfast. After you inform the front desk on no hot water, the owner did not care. Ice machine does not work either. I can keep on going..... High price, low service!

  NOT A BEST WESTERN BY ANY MEANS!!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE thinking you gonna get a simple breakfast!!! I repeat..all they had was circle eggs and two types of cereal...no yogurt no meat no oatmeal no grits..watery orange juice and slice bread. Asked the manager (Amit Patel) was that it all there is for breakfast and he said yes and walked off! VERY RUDE!!! I book here because it stated they would have breakfast...now I have to stop somewhere EXTRA to get breakfast for me an family before getting back on the road!😡😡 Also to add...the beds are hard as a brick! $15 for a late check out is "thirsty"
