    Had bed bugs, lied after I showed them and said it was a beetle but offered me 10,000 points. Very nasty sheets were dingy looking and poor service. Manager never called to try to fix the situation and owners have no accountability. Im a diamond member who was bitten by bed bugs at this Hotel and nothing was done about it. Had to go to hospital bites were infected.

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the Hampton Inn Covington. I booked a government rate online, but upon my late-night arrival, the front desk agent refused to honor it unless I provided a Purchase Order from my company. When I explained the situation, her "solution" was to ask if I could go back to Atlanta to get the document and return. This was in the middle of the night just to honor a booked rate is beyond absurd. I eventually had to settle for a Hilton Honors rate that was still significantly higher than my original booking just to get into a room. To make matters worse, the lack of management oversight is appalling. Since checking out, I have called multiple times to speak with a manager to resolve the billing issue. Each time I was promised a callback, and I have yet to hear from anyone. I expected much better from a Hilton property. Between the ridiculous demands at check-in and the total lack of professional follow-up, I would not recommend staying here.

    After driving from AZ, it was nice to come and have a nice room and Chip was especially helpful during check in. Awesome all the way around.

    From the time I got checked into the time I went to my room everything was great. The employee Chip made sure to answer any questions I may have had about the hotel and area. He got me into my room with ease. The moment I walked into the room, it’s not fresh and clean. The overall appearance of the room has kind of a cool retro modern vibe. Everything is neat and clean in its place in the room the bathroom with freshly stocked with towels and cloths. During the night for the most part, everything was very quiet within the hotel the only downside about this room and probably any room that is an even number room faces the freeway, so you do hear larger vehicles that may pass by, but it was not overly obnoxious. In the mornings, they do offer breakfast and coffee downstairs. This was a great incentive for the stay. All in all, I did get a great night sleep that was well needed.

    The staff was no help what so ever. We left without even staying the night. The bed hurt my back as soon as I laid in it. The light in the bathroom flickered so it made me dizzy and I was unable to even shower.
