  Stayed one night this last weekend and place was clean, very nice staff, and good parking. But unfortunately we didn’t have any hot water. Checked the night we got there and the next morning. It would get warm but defiantly not comfortable shower level we got in late and left early so didn’t have chance to ask front desk. Also the fire alarm had an insanely bright pulsing light. I tested my son and he could see it with eyes closed. Ended up tearing off a sticky label and put it the over the light. Which wasn’t enough so then wrapped the ice machine bag around it. You could still see it but at least we could sleep.

  Nice hotel with a good selection for breakfast. The rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. The only thing wrong was the noise from the people above us. They were up all night and I didn't sleep very good.

  At check in we were greeted and helped by MS. Hampton, she is an absolute gem! Ms. Hampton wanted to ensure we enjoy our stay, so warm and welcoming and also had some great recommendations for seafood for us, she deserves 5 stars she is great!!!! 3 stars only because the front desk lady (I believe Melanie) in the evening, total opposite from our checkin Experience and disappointing, it seemed that hat she was not really interested in much other than her cellphone, when I walked up, she lifted her head and noticed someone is there, you could tell she is not thrilled to be there, I asked for an extra blanked and it felt like I asked her to for something unreasonable, she huffed and said she had to check… just not very pleasant. Maybe just a bad day for her 🤷🏼‍♀️.

  We had a 4 day, 3 night stay and from beginning to end exceeded my expectations. House keeping did an exceptional job, ensuring all of our needs were met with quality customer service skills. Trina was excited and interested when we arrived, focusing on her guests and using active listening. She very engaged! She's the best!! Overall outstanding experience, inviting and cozy hotel, perfect location! We recommend!

  Located a short drive from the French Quarter, but far enough away to avoid all the traffic and hustle of the city. Located beside a Walmart and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. Very nice rooms, clean. Beds are comfortable. Keurig coffee machine in room and a coffee machine in lobby that grinds fresh beans and brews a delicious cup within seconds.
