  After reading some reviews, I was skeptical. But this place delivered. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The whole hotel and room was very clean. Even the shower curtain smelled good. I would highly recommend staying here. Walmart is right behind the hotel for convenience.

  Check in was good with Trina. Breakfast was whelming. The elevators were slow which is anxiety inducing. The older fella who checks people in was not in a great mood and was very condescending one night about how to open the main door after hours. The shower never really got warm. But... the bed was comfy and clean, the bathroom was nice enough, and the parking was safe.

  First of all they increased the price close to 3 x the normal price because it was a dance competition weekend. $343 for one night. Parking was limited. The girl at the front desk couldn’t be bothered to move off her chair. There were no sheets for the sofa sleeper and we were told we had to come downstairs to get them.

  I have so many ppl to thank for such a great week with Holiday inn Express... From the 630am morning front dest, to the chefs in the bake making an amazing breakfast, everyday was a new great experience... The ladies doing the linens to the room attendant everyone in-between... Nothing but great service, clean rooms, and a very, very good experience on vacation during Mardi gras in charmette. 5 stars. Highly recommend and will return in near future.
