- MBmz_ barnesNov 16, 20254.0I arrived early, and the front desk at BW Plus Chalmette immediately stored my luggage and later offered an early check-in to my reserved room, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Several staff members, especially Brasha on the overnight shift, provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me find a tea I loved during my stay. The hotel’s modern design, welcoming atmosphere, and strong temperature control in the rooms made the experience even better. Breakfast was standard, and parking was a bit limited due to nearby construction, but still manageable. Overall, this hotel offers great value, friendly service, and a location that makes you feel like part of the community. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to New Orleans

The pool was awesome very nice and clean and clear water🙂. the microwave and fridge was in great condition. HAD FUN. WILL GO BACK
